Carte blanche offered to Philippe Pastor at the entrance area of Art Nocturne Knocke summer art fair. Featuring recent works from the series “Avec le Temps” and “Bleu Monochrome”, where the material, worked in layers, is transformed into new topographies. Cartographies of a devastated planet, seen from the sky, these abstract paintings evoke ecological disasters that affect our environment in the era of the Anthropocene.
